In order to effectively address the student concerns and grievances, the Institute has established the Student Grievance Redressal Committee. This committee plays a crucial role in resolving issues, ensuring that all students have a platform to voice their concerns. The grievances received are solved within stipulated time by a transparent and impartial process thus ensuring fairness and promoting well being.
The Grievance Committee holds its meeting at least once in a month. In cases of emergent situations where additional meetings are necessary, the Student Welfare Officer convenes meetings outside the regular schedule.
Student having a grievance must submit his/her grievance in writing to the Student Welfare Officer or any member of Grievance Redressal Committee. Student Welfare Officer. Clinical Psychologist and Counselor are available in Department of Clinical Psychology for redressal of grievance every Tuesday / Thursday between 10 am to 12 noon.
