The campus is located amongst important government buildings such as the Parliament House, Rashtrapati Bhavan, President Estate, Secretariat Buildings (North and South Block), India Gate and Talkatora Stadium. The campus is walking distance from the heart of the city, Connaught Place. The campus has two major segments:-
- ABVIMS
- Administrative Block: This six floor building has several important administrative offices besides faculty rooms
- Ground Floor: The state of art Auditorium with a seating capacity of 500 (approx.), Reading room with a capacity of 100 students
- First Floor: Director Office, Dean Office, Registrar, and Deputy Registrar office.
- 2nd Floor: PG Cell, Controller of Examination
- 3rd Floor: Accounts Office, UG cell.
- Academic building: This six floor building is connected with the administrative building on the 3rd floor. The building has faculty rooms for various departments along with multiple conference rooms used for tutorials, small group discussions and meetings. Other important offices here are:-
- Ground floor: HA II section
- 5th Floor : Undergraduate labs of Biochemistry and Histology
- 6th Floor: Laboratories of Department of Microbiology.
The area of foyer in between these two buildings is often used for various activities such as Saraswati Pooja, festival nights, art & cultural festivals.
- Library: The state-of-the-art, centrally air-conditioned library building spread in 6284 square feet boasts of two floors with a seating capacity for 50-60 individuals at any given time on the first floor. The 3rd floor of the library has a new reading room with a capacity of about 108 students. Accessible via lift, the library is well-equipped to serve both medical students and faculty, having a vast collection of over 37,000 bound books and approximately 250 journals in 32 different specialties dedicated to medical studies. Many of these resources are also available through CDs and online platforms. Additionally, the library also provides access to free e-journals, e-books, and Clinical Key via the ERMED website, a service offered by the National Medical Library. The library also houses an archive of about 3,000 thesis published by the students. On the ground floor of the Library is the Dissection Hall for the first year undergraduate students.
- Lecture theatres: The campus has 4 centrally air-conditioned lecture theatres well equipped with latest Audio visual systems, with seating capacity of 100 plus students. Lecture Theatre 1 & 2 are situated above the Pharmacology Lab. Lecture Theatre 3 is located on the Ground Floor of Administrative Block and Lecture Theatre 4 is located near Bank of Baroda.
- Laboratories:
- Anatomy Lab: Cadavers for dissection, skeletal models, and other anatomical study aids for in-depth learning of human body structures.
- Physiology Lab: Equipment for practical exercises in areas like blood pressure measurement, ECG, spirometry, and other physiological functions.
- Biochemistry Lab: Instruments for conducting biochemical tests such as urine analysis, blood tests, and biochemical assays.
- Microbiology Lab: Facilities for culturing bacteria, studying infections, and conducting lab tests, often with access to microscopes and other necessary tools.
- Pathology and Pharmacology Labs: For the study of diseases, drugs, and their interactions.
- Bank: For the convenience of the staff members and the students of ABVIMS and Dr. RML Hospital, banking services are available within the hospital premises by Bank of Baroda. It has 24×7 ATMs and online transaction facilities.
- Guest house: A three floor separate building for offices of the faculty is situated in the ABVIMS campus. The Medical Education Unit is proposed on the 2nd floor of the Guest House. The Ground floor of the Guest house has a Microbiology Lab.
- Hostel Building : It is a 20-storey hostel for MBBS students, PGs and SRs.
