The Department came into existence in July 2019. The first batch of first year MBBS batch started in September 2019. The Department is dedicated to the study of how the human body functions, from the cellular level to the complex interactions between organs and systems.

PHYSIOLOGY LABS
- Located at 4th Floor, PGIMER building, ABVIMS & Dr RML Hospital
HAEMATOLOGY LAB
- Equipped with Laboratory instruments for teaching 50 students at a time.
- Regular assessment of students is done through Objective structured practical examination
CLINICAL LAB
- Teaching of clinical skills to the students is done and students are assessed at the end of each session and certified for that particular skill.
